Positive Puppy Training
GROUP TRAINING
Our group training classes are designed to help your puppy with both socialisation opportunites but also to learn the hugely important life-skill of coming away from distraction.
If your puppy learns their new found skills within a class environment, they will be better equipped with the essential social etiquette and how to be a well mannered, confident pup, no matter the situation.
Classes are fun, informative and family friendly, come and join us and let your puppy become a JustPuppies puppy!
PRIVATE TRAINING
If group training classes are not viable, then this option could be for you. Whether the session is to cover class syllabus or tackle your training requirements through a more personalised training plan, 1-1 training is here to help.
Covering common training challenges with your puppy or young dog, from pulling on the lead, to chasing the cat or needing extra tuition on obedience training, 1-1 training will teach you techniques to help mould your dogs' behaviour into more positive interactions .
We can talk through your requirements and the options available before booking so you know what to expect, this will enable Kerri to know how best she can help.
*Behavioural training/problem solving may require a referral to a qualified, canine behaviourist but guidance will be available should the need arise.
PUPPY VISIT
When you bring your puppy home, those first few days and weeks can feel overwhelming. Whether you are a first time puppy owner, or a seasoned dog owner, there is alot to learn about each other and it can take time for your puppy to settle in.
Kerri will visit your home and help you during those first few days or weeks of having your new arrival.
Not only will help be on hand to advise on all things puppy including topics such as crate training, toilet training, body handling, socialising, we can also get you on the right track when it comes to basic obedience training, teaching your puppy to learn to focus on you and being rewarded for all the good stuff!
